Our tailored process includes but is not limited to
Conceptual Design
The first phase is “the vision”. Our team will focus on the use of spaces, general materials, color palettes and textures to create consistencies that will carry throughout all of the spaces in your home.
Architect & Builder Collaboration
We work closely with architects and builders to make sure every detail is accounted for. During the planning phase, we select and source all fittings, fixtures, tile, stone, and paint. This ensures a seamless process from start to finish.
Interior Design & Furnishing
The fun stuff! Final client design presentations include detailed floor plans, furniture layouts, and elevations, sourced furnishings, fabrics, lighting, and bespoke elements tailored to your project.
The only thing consistent in each of our designs is that they are entirely bespoke.
Cameron Ruppert
After studying design at the Corcoran School of Arts and putting in her time working for a local design firm, Cameron then decided it was time to spread her artistic wings and launched Cameron Ruppert Interiors. With this came the freedom to push boundaries – play boldly with color and patterns, and ultimately create spaces that feel refined yet lived in.
Our clients have shared feeling a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ working together – like they are catching up with an old friend. Getting you to this comfort is an essential part of our creative process because when you feel free to express your design dreams without abandon, we know we’re on the road to success. The fun part comes from taking these rough ideas and bringing them together into a cohesive design that pushes your style in a way that represents how you live in your home.

Anna McDonald
Senior Designer & Project Manager – Anna is passionate about creating beautiful, functional spaces. She loves working closely with clients to help them realize their vision with a thoughtful creativity, collaborative approach, and attention to detail on every single project. With a love for staying organized, she ensures every project runs smoothly from start to finish. Originally from Boston, Anna graduated with a degree in Sustainable Design from West Virginia University, and now calls D.C. home. -
Emerson Carville
Designer & Project Manager – Emerson comes to us from Marymount College where she studied Interior Design. Originally from New Orleans, she moved abroad to study painting in Barcelona and photography in Paris – which rounds out all of Emerson's creative capabilities that she brings to the team at CRI. -
Reade Lambeth
Design Intern - Reade graduated from Sewanee, The University of the South, with honors in Economics and Business. Originally from Alexandria, VA, she also spent time abroad studying in Copenhagen, Denmark. While traveling throughout Europe, Reade fell in love with design and now loves combining her creative eye with her business background to bring thoughtful, well-rounded support to every project at CRI.
